Vegetable Casserole
1 large brick of Velveeta Cheese
1 package of Bird's Eye mixed veggies (broccolli, cauliflower and carrots)
1 stick of butter
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers (smashed)
Steam the mixed vegetables
Put veggies in 9 x 13 baking dish, place slices of cheese on top, place slices of butter on top of cheese, add "smashed" Ritz crackers to top.
Bake at 350 degrees in the oven for 35 minutes or until cheese and butter are melted and crackers are golden brown. This is a family favorite and we are asked to bring to every dinner. You can double the recipe for a larger group.
