candy's crock pot pizza

1 lb. sausage,1 med. onion, chopped,1 pkg. pepperoni, 1 jar pizza quick sauce, 1 jar of sliced mushrooms, 1 cup black olives, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese,1 pkg. buddig ham, chopped,parmesan cheese and 1 pkg. english muffins. boil sausage about 5 min. to release the grease, drain. place in crock pot with pepperoni, sauce, ham,gr. pepper,onion,olives. let cook on high for about 1 1/2 hrs. turn pot to low and add mozzarella till melted. toast english muffins and place on plate. dip the pizza mixture on top of muffins and sprinkle with parmesan.
