chicken rice casserole
4 boneless chickens
2tsp garlic pepper salt
1 small onion chopped
sprinkle lemon juice
spinkle tabasco sauce lightly
4 cups white rice
4 cups boiling water
1 small green pepper
heat oven at 350 degrees, bring water to a boil, stir in rice, cover. remove from heat. let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. fluff with fork. add onions, tabasco sauce, lemon juice, garlic pepper salt, 1 small green pepper chopped, and 1 small can of corn if desired,cut chicken into small squares and add to ingredients.in a greased large casserole dish or large roasting pan mix all ingredients. cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked. remove from oven sprinkle with parmesan cheese if so desired.enjoy.
