mushroom meatloaf

2 lbs hamburger
1 lg cream of mushroom
1 1/2 cups diced mushroom
1 cup diced yellow onion
3 eggs
2 pks of cracker
garlic powder
onion powder
pepper/seasoned salt
1/4 tsp cheyenne pepper
preheat oven 425
use baking pan and foil
mix onion, eggs, seasonings, crackers, 2/3 can of soup together. crumble hamburger, add to mixture.
pack together in pan forming a loaf. cover with foil bake for 1 1/2 hour, check and add remaining soup over the top, bake for about another 1/2 hour. Let sit for 5 minutes then serve.
