Crunchy Ham Casserole
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 ½ c cubed cooked ham
1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
½ c dairy sour cream
½ c milk
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli spears, cooked
(I use fresh broccoli mostly)
1 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 can (3 oz) French fried onions
Cook macaroni. Combine macaroni and ham in 3 qt. casserole. Blend soup, sour cream and milk, pouring half the mixture over ham and macaroni. Arrange broccoli on top. Pour remaining sauce over broccoli and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with French fried onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
