Chicken Enchilada Casserole
2 1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 can (15-oz) Evaporated Milk
1 can (10-oz) Condense Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pkg (1 1/4 oz) Taco Seasoning mix
1 Meduim Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Choped Celery
1 can (4-oz) Chopped green chilies, drained
6 corn Tortillas, torn into 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup diced Cheddar or Long Horn Cheese
In 2-qt. Casserole dish combine all of the above.
Microwave at high 11-13 minutes, rotating dish
1/2 turn after 5 min.
