INGRED: 2-3 Frozen Chicken Breasts ( depends on howmany your going to feed)
1-1Lb.bag california style Veges.
1-1Lb.Havarti Cheese
4-6 cups cooked rice
1 cup milk
2-3 TBSP. flour
salt and pepper to taste.
2 tblsp. olive oil
Cube chicken, half froze, cuts better.
simmer in oil, till cooked, add frozen vege's,
simmer 10-15 mn. till just tender.
mix,cup milk with tblsp flour and salt and pepper, mix well to keep from flour lumps.
Add to meat and veges. While this is simmering-low heat,stirring occ. prepare rice. will get like gravy. Grate Havarti Cheese, will be soft. When rice is done, add mixture together, blending in the cheese. Family will love it- no left overs.
