Hamburger and Potato Casserole
1 pound browned hamburger meat
1 can creamed corn
1 package frozen hash browns
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 cup hot water
1 beef bouillon cube
Shredded cheddar cheese
In a skillet, cook hamburger meat. Drain. Dissoleve bouillon cube in hot water. Add ketchup, worcestershire and water/bouillon to meat. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Pour into baking dish. Add hashed brown potatoes, creamed corn and shredded cheese last. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
