DOVE Chocolate School!
I just wanted to share the awesome new opportunity that was presented to Chocolatiers during The Dove Chocolate Discoveries National Sales Conference.
Any Chocolatier is eligible to attend. It will be in Elizabethtown, PA and sounds like a chocoholic's (and Chocolatier's) DREAM! During the school participants get to see the entire chocolate making process (from cocoa bean through final processing), learn about quality testing of a cocoa bean and the chocolate making process, the MARS cocoa sustainability program, and of course TASTE CHOCOLATE! What an opportunity!
I am so excited about this opportunity and wanted to let everyone know what was going on at DCD!
