sesame cookies

Ingredients
10 oz tapioca flour
6 oz butter
1 egg yolk
2 oz sesame
5 oz flour
4 oz castor sugar
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla essence

* another 2 oz of sesame for sprinkle

Direction

Beat up butter n castor sugar till slightly smooth. add in
egg yolk wiz a bit of wgg white.
Then add in tapioca flour, baking powder, sesame, flour
n mix well until become a fine dough.
Take some dough n round it as small marble n sprinkle the
extra sesame on it n press it wiz a fork.
Bake in an oven for 10 - 15 min.
