3 lb roast
1 packet dried onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can cola (NOT diet)
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
-OR-
place all ingredients in a deep covered casserole dish (such as a beanpot) and bake for 3 hours at 350 degrees F.
For leftovers, shred roast and mix "gravy" with shredded meat. Add some bottled barbecue sauce. Spoon onto open buns. Cover with a slice of cheese. Microwave for one minute or until cheese is melted.
This is a family favorite. Even DH can make it!
