Slow and Easy Crock Pot Beef
Large chuck or rump roast
one baking potatoe for each serving
1-2 onions quartered
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp worstershire sauce
2 tsp meat tendorizer
Combine all int he crock pot. Don't prick potatoes as they stay moister. Cook on low for 7-9 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Easy and delicious. The leftover meat is split with a fork tender and great to use for beef and gravy over toast or biscuits the next day.
