Polish Sausage stew
1 package polish or smoked sausage (cut into bite sized slices)
2 Large tomatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 Large onion (cut in half and sliced)
1 green pepper (sliced)
1 red pepper (sliced)
2 medium sized cubenelle peppers (sliced)
2 table spoons of Paprika
1 cup cold water
Put all the ingredients into a dutch oven pan, cover and set the burner to low. Stir occasionally, it is done when all the peppers are tender about 1/2 hour. Serve with italian bread.
