1kg Pickled Pork
2 small onions chopped
1tblspn brown sugar
2 tblspn brown vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tablespoon pepper
2 carrots sliced
5 - 10 gormet potatoes
Remove meat from wrapper and rinse with waters. Fill large pot with enough water to cover meat. Add all other ingredients and stir. Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 5 hours. Make white sauce with water from pot (a must for flavour). Place meat, carrots, several potatoes and some onion on plate and cover with white sauce.
Quick easy meal which is yummy!!
