Burgandy Beef Recipe
Burgandy Beef
1 boneless beef chuck pot roast (about 2 1/2 lbs)
1 can (10 oz) beef mushroom soup
1 can (10 oz) creamy onion soup
1 c. mushrooms (sliced)
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. burgundy wine
Trim access fat from beef roast. Cut meat into 1" pieces and place in your crock pot. Stir in soups, mushrooms and onions and then add the burgundy wine last. Cover and cook on high for 4 1/2-5 hours until done.
