10 Red potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup of sour cream
1.5 (10 oz) cans of Cheddar Cheese soup
1/4 cup of butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
Place the potatoes and onion in a slow cooker. Blend the sour cream, soup and butter in a bowl. Add the potatoes and mix gently. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Serve from the slow cooker. Serves 12
