Pumpkin Pie Squares
1 13oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 beaten eggs
2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice*
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 13oz. canned pumpkin
¼ of a box of Yellow Cake Mix
¼ cup butter
Combine 1st 6 ingredients. Pour into 11/13 in. cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Slice butter on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
Pumpkin Pie Spice (makes 2 tsp.) – 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, ½ tsp. ground ginger, ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg, ¼ tsp. ground cloves.
You can use this anytime a recipe calls for Pumpkin Pie Spice. There’s no reason to go out and buy a jar if you have these ingredients in your pantry!
