Scalloped Pineapple

4 c. fresh bread (torn)= 8 slices (can cut off crust for appearance sake)
2 c. sugar (can adjust to taste if you don't want it as sweet)
1 c. melted butter or margarine (can adjust to 1/2 c. if you don't want it so buttery)
3 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz. can crushed pineapple)
1 c. milk
Mix all in a large bowl and pour into 13x9 pan and bake at 325 for 45-50 min. Can be used as a side-dish for ham or as a dessert. It's also good with whipped topping or ice cream
