Chocolate Eclair Dessert
1 box graham crackers (whole)
3 cups cold milk
1 container cool whip
2 small boxes instant French Vanilla Pudding
Butter a 9 x 13 glass pan. Line with graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk together and then add cool whip.
Layer crackers, pudding mix, crackers, pudding mix, and crackers last so they will be on top. Cover with chocolate frosting (below) Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
Frosting:
2 pkg. Liquid Chocolate
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 t vanilla
3 T. softened butter
3 T. Karo syrup
2 T. milk
Mix all ingredients together.
