Tasty Fruit Dip
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 8 oz. pkg Cool Whip
2 T. flour
1/2 cup apricot nectar
2 T. butter
Combine sugar, pineapple juice, flour, apricot nectar and egg - stir over heat until mixture becomes thick and custard like. Remove from heat. Add butter, then chill mixture and combine with Cool Whip. (If too thick, you can add more juice) Keep cold. Serve with chunks of fruit, bananas, apples, strawberries, pears, peaches, oranges, etc..
