1-8oz pkg. cream cheese ( any brand ok)
3 TBLS. mayo
2 TBLS mustard- more if you like spiceness
1 sm. onion diced fine
3 TBLS. parmesian cheese
1/4-1/2 lb. cappacola-I prefer cappacola I like the spiceness and hotness of this meat, but any meat ok. Pepperonie makes it oily thou.
mix all together roll into ball wrapp with plastic wrap.chill for at least 2 hours. then roll in finely ground walnuts or parsley flakes if you prefer.
Try adding garlic powder, shredded veggies, for a change of taste and appearence.
