1 cup of mayonaise
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of chili sauce
1 tbsp of horseradish
1/4 tsp of salt
1/8 tsp of pepper
1/3 cup of finely chopped green bell pepper
2 cups of finely chooped cooked shrimp
Combine the mayonaise, sour cream, chili sauce, horseradish, salt and pepper, in a bowl and mix well. Fold in the bell pepper and shrimp. Spoon into a serving dish and chill until serving time. Serve with assorted chips and bite-sized fresh vegetables.
