Father & Son Meatballs
1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1 minced onion, 1/2 cup Minute rice, 1 beaten egg, 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper, few grains allspice, 1 cup fine soft bread of cracker brumbs, 1 cup hot milk, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup water, dash pepper, dash salt, 1/2 tsp. A-1 sauce.
Mix first 9 ingredients and shape into golf-sized balls. Place in 2 qt. casserole. Mix soup and remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs; cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
