Easy Bierocks
1# ground beef or ground chuck
1/2 onion chopped fine
1/4 head cabbage, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
1 or 1 t seasoning salt
1 t liquid garlic
1/2 t celery seed
1/4 cup red wine
2 packages refrigerated pizza dough or large-size crescent rolls
Brown beef, add all other ingredients, simmer for an hour or so to mix flavors.
Cut pizza dough into half or fourths = depending on size of bierocks you want.
Spoon meat mixture into center, fold dough and seal edges with fork.
Bake on greased baking sheet according to directions on pizza dough or crescent roll package
Serve hot.
May be frozen and re-heated.
