Connie's Suprise
1 lb ground beef
2 12oz frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans of cream of celery soup (can use any cream
style soup - celery is our favorite)
1 bag of tater tots
Sherred Cheddar cheese
1. Brown hamburger (drain) put in the bottom of
a square oven dish (I use glass oven ware)
2. Take mixed vegetables and spread on top of
hamburger.
3. Take cream of celery soup and spread over
mixed vegetables.
4. Put tator tots on top of mixed vegetables
line them up side by side.
5. Springle cheese on top.
Cook in oven on 350 until tator tots are brown.
A simple complete healthy meal in minutes.
