Chili Goulash
2 lbs. ground round
3 tsp. chili powder
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 small can tomato paste
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 C. water
1 bag bow tie pasta
Prepare pasta by directions on package. After cooking, drain and leave in strainer.
Brown beef and onion together, drain grease off,
add soup, tomato paste, water then chili powder.
Stir until well mixed, bring to boil on medium heat,then simmer for 5-10 minutes on low heat with cover on.
Add pasta to beef mixture and serve with garlic bread.
Serves approx. 4-6.
