Nana's Trash Can Burgers

ingredients: One onion (diced) ,3 garlic cloves(crushed)small green pepper or( half red half green)diced, 1/3 cup diced dill pickle,1/3cup diced olives,2 tablespoons of bacon bites or real bacon uncooked,(cut up with scissors)3or 4 tablespoons of Horse radish,and 1 1/2 tablespoon of A one sauce. 1 or 2 eggs, (optional)and a teaspoon of vinagar. Combine all ingredients together in large bowl... Add two pounds of ground Chuck (or what ever meat you like)
Mix throughly. Make into patties. cook on a hot grill or under the broiler or fry Depends how you like them cooked. Cook til well done.If you like cheese add cheese on burgers now, and let melt. Take burgers off, Put on a toasted hamburger bun . Serve add ketchep and mustard or other condimates you like delicous. Note :::::::::::::::::::
The horse radish does not taste hot or ...even taste like horse radish after it is cooked. It really tastes great Your family will love them.
