Tangy Meatloaf
1 1/2 pounds beef
1/2 cup dried Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup BBQ sauce for glaze
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg and milk in large bowl. Add bread crumbs to egg mixture and mix lightly.
Allow the breadcrumb mixture to sit for 2-3 minutes to absorb the liquid. Add the meat and all remaining ingredients (except BBQ sauce) and mix well with hands.
Transfer meat mixture to a loaf pan and pat into pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Drain fat from loaf pan. Then BBQ sauce over meatloaf to glaze, spreading sauce with a spoon to cover entire meatloaf. Bake for another 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
