1/2 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 TBSP Mustard (any type of mustard that you like)
1 Cup Corn Flake Crumbs
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts.

Mix Mayo,Cheese and Mustard.
Save ~ 1/3 C. of mixture and put aside
Brush both sides of chicken with mixture and dip in crumbs.
Place in slightly greased baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until done to your liking (depending on chicken thickness).Serve with reserved sauce...which is also great over rice and veggies.
