Easy Lemon Honey Chicken
6 pieces of chicken
1/4 cup oil
6 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon peel
Mix together the oil, lemon juice, honey and lemon peel. Add salt and pepper to taste. Marinate chicken in sauce about 30 minutes. Bake in oven, basting as needed.
