Porkchop Delight
PORKCHOP DELIGHT
Fry 2 large,or 4 small pork chops in an electric frypan,on high,for 10 minutes,turning often. Remove from pan,add 2 tablespoons of flour to the drippings,and scrape bottom of skillet,to remove any small bits of meat. Add 2 cups of water to skillet to make gravy,stirring often. After gravy is made,return pork chops to pan,slice 4 medium potatoes,place on top of pork chops and gravy,cover skillet and cook until potatoes are soft.Place meat on platter, surround meat with potatoes and gravy..... Serve with apple sauce and vegetable.....Should serve 4 people easily........
