Hungarian Poppercosh

1 package of cooked Polish Sausage
5 or 6 large potatoes, cut into large cubes
lots of paprika
salt and pepper
brown your sausage in large dutch oven
reduce heat and add cubed potatoes
cover potatoes and sausage completely with water
*add lots of paprika*
simmer until potatoes are very soft
season with salt and pepper to taste
