Crockpot Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce
8 to 10 small, thick pork chops
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp sage, ground
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbls onion flakes, dried
1 4oz can mushrooms, drained
In a large skillet, over high heat, brown pork chops. Salt and pepper as it finishes and remove to the crockpot. Add sage. Turn the soup, mushrooms and the onion flakes into the hot skillet for just a second, then scrape the soup/onion mix into the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with rice and green bean casserole.
