Default Boneless Pork Chops with Apple-Thyme Marinade

Boneless Pork Chops with Apple-Thyme Marinade

1 can (6 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
¼ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
4 to 6 boneless center-cut pork loin chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
Salt and black pepper

Combine juice, vinegar, oil, soy sauce and thyme in Season-Serve container. Add pork; cover container. Marinate in the refrigerator up to 8 hours, rotating container once or twice. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Season pork lightly with salt and pepper.

Oil hot grid to help prevent sticking. Grill pork, on a covered grill, over medium coals, 8 to 14 minutes, turning once (Pork is done at 160 F; it should be juicy and slightly pink in center.)

Makes 4 to 6 servings. ...
