I take how ever many pounds of shrimp you want. rinse them good in cold water. I take zatairan creole seasoning mix well over all the shrimp. Bake in a shadow pan about 15 to 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Then I put my bbq sauce all over the shrimp. I drown them in sauce put back in the oven for 10 more minutes and you've got great bbq shrimp! It's that easy. I forgot to tell you don't pel the shrimp. Let the flavor soak through and begin the fun. I like the fresh out of the oven. My husband loves them best the next day.
