Default Stuffed Crab

Stuffed Crab

(Makes 2 Stuffed Crabs)
3 Whole Crabs, cleaned, reserve shell of body
1 small bunch of green onions, diced small
1 large tomato, diced small
1 half can olives, sliced, (or more to taste)
2 pkgs. of any lemon herb sauce... (sold by the instant gravies)
1 cup toasted bread crumbs
1 cup shredded cheese, (either white or orange cheese, preferring on personal taste)
Chopped parsley
melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean crabs, making sure to save outer shells. Clean the inside of outer shell with a bottle brush or something similar. Pour a little vegi oil inside and rub with a paper towel to coat insides lightly with oil.
Put cleaned crab in a large bowl, add diced green onions, tomato, & olives. Mix well, but carefully so as not to break up lumps of crab.
Prepare lemon herb mix according to package instuctions, adding more lemon juice if desired.
Pour lemon herb sauce over crab mixture in bowl and mix carefully.
Stuff the insides of crab shell with mixture.
Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, and parsley. Sprinkle over top, lightly pour a little melted butter over that.
Put on cookie sheet & put into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 30-45 mins or until heated through.

This recipe is very simple, but makes a great presentation when served inside of crab shells. Feel free to add any other ingredients to your liking. I've also added shrimp, scallops, ect. on occasion, and made Stuffed "seafood". It was absolutely delicious! I always get compliments on this dish and have been asked for this recipe everytime I make it and Im sure you will too!
