Crab Melts Recipe
Crab Melts
1 lb. crab meat
12 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. butter
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
english muffins
Mix all ingredients except crabmeat, then fold in crabmeat last. Spread on top of 1/4 pieces of english muffins, broil until browned.
