Though not work related, I'm super frustrated with Frontier Airlines. Our recent experience with them was horrible. They will not replace the luggage they damaged. They said they do not replace the type of luggage I owned. I hope I never have to choose to do business with this company again.

Sorry to hear that Audrey. Too bad there wasn't more they could do to replace your things for you seeing they damaged it.
Hope you never have to deal with them again.

Any chance you can take it to one of those consumer rights reporters on your evening news... bet they'd kiss your patootie nicely then LOL
