Here's a guess. I clicked your link in your signature. I could not find a company name anywhere. I clicked a few pages. I wonder if folks are looking for more information, such as a company name and hoping by giving bogus information they will be taken to a page that will tell them what they need to know. They don't want a phone call, an email etc, they just want a company name.

Just a thought.

That's a great point Audrey- you could be right. Lets hope that's the case & maybe that can be corrected in some way.

I think they do that just because they are looking for leads as well. Are you using free classifieds? I've used a few of them, and so far, about the only results I get from them are people writing me to ask for info, I send it to them and then they write me back with information about their business! It is very frustrating to say the least. For most of the free classifieds sites, I've decided it really isn't worth the time and energy to advertise with them, I'd rather just do paid ads all the time, even though I'm really starting out from broke!
