I'm fed up!!

I'm totally fed up with my current job!! The management sucks and both of the other technicians, just do their jobs when they feel like it and they come strolling in the door any where from 15 to 30 min late!! I'm always on time and I do my job with no snide comments about it. I can't wait to graduate from MT Advantage as a Medical Transcription and work from home for a company that appreciates the work I do! Plus, its something that I can do independently without relying on other people to help me. I keep telling my self to work harder and it'll all be over in 2 or 3 months!

You know sometimes we have to do things that make us feel good. If you feel good about your work ethics and your work performance than kudos to you. I know it can be hard, but you have no clue if they sleep at night, if they worry what others are saying etc. You...you can sleep at night and you know you're doing a great job.

Like Audrey said - be happy with the job you have done.

I have worked with people just like you describe & sooner or later their time comes when everything is brought out. It may be a company management change or when you leave they will have to buck up. No mind, those type of workers have no pride & will find most bosses will not pay for shoddy work habits.

Just hang in there - keep you eye on the Big Picture!

Thank you everyone for the nice comments! I'm totally focusing on school now and graduating!! But I just found out that the vet office is getting sold to a corporation, my manager just dug this deep hole that he can't get out of and owes all this money that he can't pay. So in a couple of months the vet office will be under new management and I don't know what to think of it! The pros would be getting paid on time and no bounced checks, remodeling the clinic, better management! Then, the cons would be different hours probably, stricter management (were so laid back right now!), basically everything would change and some people that aren't needed like my office manager and people that don't have degrees would probably get the boot! So, I'm not sure if this is going to be a good thing or not, but I'll keep my spirits up and keep working hard like I always do and hey, maybe they'll give me the pay I deserve, just until I graduate! But I'm going to keep my mind open throughout this whole experience and just keep up the good work like I always do. : )

Thanks again for listening and giving great advice. It's nice to just to be able to vent about stuff like this sometimes!

Good job for deciding to finish, and just remember that even if you don't like the new management, or it just doesn't work out between you an them, remember how hard you have worked to get where you are! It sounds like you are going to be great at whatever you do in life!

By the way(familymoses) I love Chuck Swindoll! He has a sister that I have had the pleasure to hear also, for the life of me I can't remember her name.??

I agree with the comments ..... good on ya for sticking it out. Sounds like you've got a great attitude and that will take you a heck of alot further than what other people think about you.

Just think, so many students graduate without any working or without any real life experience then they just don't know how to 'fit in' when they finally go out into the workplace.....you've got that covered! ; )

Stick to it and keep that great attitude.....
