I love to bake! Cookies and desserts are my specialties, although I haven't done too many cakes aside from boxed ones. Oh, and I make a mean Oreo cheesecake.

Wow..I have yet to go to Santa Barbara..I want to make a trip up there sometime. Lots of bakers in here. oreo cheesecake ..i love it. I made one recently ..a peanut butter cheesecake with choco chips and an Oreo Crust. they got this fun cheesecake recipe planner on the creamcheese.com site. have u guys discovered it already?

That's awesome nattie. they have a lot of great stuff on the site. make sure to check out the new entertaining recipe widget as well. they got recipes for a variety of different events.
