1. What has been the best life lesson that you have learned in the past year?
Not to take things for granted, and to be patient. I won't elaborate on either, as it is personal, but I have found that enjoying the moment with those that you love most is the best thing you can do. I am also learning patience. I am a "jump on it' person, and am learning that waiting has its benefits. For me, waiting has become a trial of necessity. If I can wait for 30 days and I still think it is necessary, I take another look. Otherwise, I am glad I did not invest time or money into something I did not need.
2. What has been the best tip you have learned AND utilizied for your home business this past year?
Organizing!! I have a simple index box file for contacts. When I talk to the person, I put their index cards into the space for the next contact. 30 days, 3 months, 1 year, or arouond a certain date (ie. Christmas or birthdays). I can carry this around with me if I make calls from the patio, or Starbuck's
