i have been trying to find online options rather than ebay that actually has traffic and real bidders. the site i have looked at are full of stuff, but not many bidders.

Have you tried Etsy? They let you leave postings up for a few months and it's 20 cents to list.

I have had success with Overstock Auctions, Google Base, and Craigslist. Of course, there's also LiveDeal, iOffer, BuySellCommunity, Bidville, uBid, and Kijijii.
