A pre-visit phone call is required, and you must speak to a live person. Please ask for directions during this call. This evaluation involves seeing the movie of your choice
after 7:00 pm with a guest. You are required to order two small drinks and two small orders of popcorn from the concession area. You will also be responsible for evaluating the customer service in the ticket and concession areas, upselling in the concession area and cleanliness of the location. Once in the theatre, you will also provide us with a list of the movie trailers shown.
This report requires a <u>detailed</u> account of your visit. Please do not apply if you cannot supply this amount of detail.
There are no restrictions on guests; however, you will be reimbursed only for two tickets, two small drinks and two orders of popcorn, along with the $5.00 shop fee. Both of your transactions, the ticket purchase and the concession purchase, MUST be in cash. There are no exceptions to this requirement. You must also ask to break a bill (asking for singles for a $5 or two tens for a $20, etc.) during one of the cash transactions. Please note how this request was handled even if it is denied.
You must personally evaluate one restroom twice during your visit. If the restroom is dirty or has other functional issues, two photos are required of the problem area(s). If photos are necessary, you will be paid an additional $2.50. Photos can be taken using a digital camera or camera phone, as they must be uploaded or e-mailed. If problems in the restroom or any other area of the theatre are reported and no photo is available, the shop will be considered invalid.
Your report and receipt(s) are due by 10:00 am the morning following your shop. We prefer that receipts be uploaded to the report form, please zoom in on the image as much as possible so that the small print is easy to read. It is important that the entire receipt and ticket be visible, however. If you cannot upload your receipt(s), please fax them to 847-991-7973 or e-mail them to
