Dear Prospective GfK Auditor,

GfK has been contracted to perform in-store audits in a nationwide electronics store chain. The audits will consist of visiting electronic retail locations and evaluating compliance with store and government policies. This audit is fully revealed, and auditors will need to interact with store management and personnel throughout the audit. This is a very exciting time for GfK and we hope you would like to be a part of this new program. Please read this post very carefully and if you're interested, respond with the information requested at the bottom.

Fee for Audit : $130

-Length of Audit: Approximately 10-12 hours broken up over the course of 2 consecutive business days (approximately 6 hours per day)

-Available Days and Times: Weekdays only, 10am-5pm

-Audit Dates: asap in July

Qualifications for becoming a GfK Auditor (these must be completed ASAP in order to be qualified for a July audit):

1. Read the Briefing Notes
2. Attend a 45 minutes online briefing
3. Pass the online briefing quiz
4. Submit information for a one-time background check
5. Go have a drug test

You must own a digital camera or camera phone

To qualify, you will need to take and pass a one-time drug screen and background check that will be conducted at a facility in your area. You will not be charged for your visit (approximately $30 ) unless you:

-Fail either the background or drug test
-Fail to successfully complete at least 2 audits for GfK, either in the same month, over 2 consecutive months or on rotation.

You will be provided with the specifics as to what would cause you to fail the background check. You only need to undergo this process once before getting started, you will not be asked to undergo the back ground check or drug screen again. This is NOT a credit check.

It will be mandatory to attend the online briefing prior to taking the Briefing Notes Quiz and after you pass the Briefing Notes Quiz you will be able to conduct the back ground check and drug screen. At which point, if you pass, you will be ready for your Audit. These steps must be completed ASAP.

There is a shopper rotation of 1 month on and 1 month off per location. Once you accept any location for July, we will also be expecting you to conduct this audit in September, November, etc. So if there are multiple locations in your area, you can break it up so you have audits each month instead of every other month. Again, you cannot visit the same location 2 months in a row.

Each audit will be broken up into several sections. Some sections of the audit are extremely short and will take less than 5 minutes to complete, while others are more complex and may take several hours. Due to the approximate 10-12 hour total visit length, all audits will have to take place over the course of 2 consecutive days. Audits must be entered online within 24 hours of leaving the facility on your 2nd day.

Payment is via PayPal, 3 weeks after your report has been edited.
