Hi all,

We wanted to post a *warning* because, as parents, we felt that consumers should be informed of the deplorable business practices at the my punkbaby.com. **This is not advertising or bashing, just the plain, cold hard truth of how we were left our to dry. We loved this site and are highly disappointed.****

We ordered some baby items in early February 2007, though one item arrived properly, the second did not. We received one e-mail of informing us that the matter would be settled in mid-March, but now--almost four months after the original order--we've not had our money refunded, the item delivered, nor received an e-mail about our concerns.

Does anyone have any recommendations, comments or care to share a similar experience with this company?

These internet companies must be held accountable, and we just hope this warning helps others avoid problems, because it's too late for us.

Never heard of this company before. Did you get it resolved?
