New blog - video game tips for tweens

My son is 10 and is a video game kind of a kid (like most). I am teaching him some basic HTML/web design this summer and we have made a new blog as way of learning.

The blog is Video Game Tips for Tweens.

That's a great blog! My 9 yr old daughter would like to put something together. She would like to just talk about things that 9 yr old girls would like. In her case, I worry about weirdos who might be looking for 9 yr old girls....should I be worried?

I think if you work on it together you would be fine. My son and I do this together. He writes up the reviews and tips in MS Word and then we log in together (he doesn't have the password to get in to blogger) and post. I am trying to use it as a lesson in responsibility and safety on the net as we go too.

Since I have Google AdSense on it and we set up an Amazon affiliate account too, I have offered to hire him for the content. For each quality entry he writes, I pay him $1.00. He takes the writing more seriously that way.
