I have seen so many people come and go in this business and the ones who usually get frustrated and quit are the ones who don't want to take the time to plug into the training and resources our team and company provide. My advise to you if you own a home based business would be to be COACHABLE! Learn from those whe came before you and if you have a mentor..stick to them like glue! read books on self improvement and leadership skills.
