What Do You Do?

What do you do before you go to sleep? Do you read? Do you watch t.v.? I usually will turn on the t.v. for 10 minutes. By then I'm out cold. What do you do?

Well for me I take a relaxing bath and read a book.

By the time I get off of the computer, I am totally ready for bed. I stay online until around 2 or 3am and when my eyes start to close on me, I know its time to shut down.l

I don't really do anything regularly before I go to sleep. Sometimes I do take a nice hot shower to relax.

I like to take a relaxing bubble bath before bed and then watch a little TV.

I do the same thing every night when i get ready for bed. I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth, wash my face, take out my contacts, shut off all the lights, turn the tv on low watch it for ten mins and then pass out!!! like clockwork
