Smile Adice for Working at Home

Hey, I'm just looking for some advice for working at home. I will be graduating as a medical transcriptionist, hopefully by June and will be working from home. I was wondering, when working from home how do you find time for lunch and snacks and how do you keep yourself from just snacking on junk food? I'm just afraid that I'm going to be snacking the wrong kinds of food, just because I'm at home, plus sitting all day doing transcribing. I'm on my feet all day at my current job, so I'm getting exercise. I'm trying to lose weight and look good for my wedding thats in May 2009. Any advice would be great!

Jessica,

1. Join a gym. You can go at 5am. You can take a mid day break and go at noon or you can go at 5pm.

2. Don't buy what you don't want to eat. If it's not the house, my guess is you are not going to get in the car and drive to buy it.

3. Keep a spreadsheet of what you eat. Sometimes when you are logging it, you choose to skip it as you don't want it on your log.

4. Eat your 3 meals. Don't skip meals. It's been proven over and over that those who skip meals eat more as they are hungrier.

5. Drink water. You can drink plain water, flavored water or tea. It's all water. You tend to be less hungry when your body has enough water.

Very good tips!! I already joined a gym, in which I could go on my lunch breaks, I could also starting keeping fruits and veggies in the fridge!! Thanks Audrey!! : )

If you are going to work just at home...
you need to prepare yourself to work alone...
i mean you need to have your initiatives and dicipline...

in regard to food yu can eat your regular meal...
just liek that...
have a proper exercise so that you will not get too fat...
coz you're always sitting in front of your PC...

also have a social life every weekend...
you need that...^_^

for you not to make your life boring...^_^
